The Windows Phone 7 ad is surprisingly great, but they owe Seth and Amy some credit. 

Watched it twice.  GREAT AD.

I love this ad, but I hate the message behind it. It’s trying to tell you that the Windows Phone 7 won’t make you into one of these phone-attached zombies, that is will somehow “get you back to life.” But I don’t want my phone to connect me to the real world. That’s not what any of us want anymore. We want the most connected, the most featured, the most absorbing phone we can get.

I think this commercial would be better if it was telling you that even though you won’t want to, you should put down your Windows 7 phone sometimes. Even though you really don’t want to. That message would just be phenomenal with this commercial.
