I know this is a weak way to return after a few days, but I could use some help, please.

While I personally enjoy many of the wonders of the computer age, such as photoshopped memes and lighting fast hardcore pornography, I am not well-versed in the subtleties of the internets.

I need to set up an online suggestion box for a student group I am a part of. Y’know, a place for students to say what a shitty job we are doing. Problem is, I have no idea how and any attempt to google the answer just shows me other people’s suggestion boxes. So if any of you whiz-kid-egg-heads could help me out, it would be really appreciated. I might even thank you. (OK, I’ll probably thank you(maybe(yes I’m aware I used a parenthesis in a parenthesis))).
